Ever since my daughter entered this world she has suffered from old man hair. You know what I am talking about- hair in the back and bald on top. Well, lately she has been sporting a new style- the baby mullet. Yup. That’s right. Business in the front, party in the back. When my uncle noticed her mullet at her 1st birthday party, I decided it was time to take some action. Instead of trimming her hair I decided to go the route of accesorizing. I soon became discouraged in my quest to accessorize when all I could find were clips that cost $8 and up- each. While some people may be able to afford that, I am not one of them. I remembered reading about a shop that sold clips for only $2 each. That lovely little shop is Oopsie Dazie.Oopsie Dazie has a whole assortment of hair accessories from headbands to pony tail holders. The most an item costs there is $10. After seeing the prices of other stores, this is a steal. Since Kate doesn’t have too much hair I decided the clips were the best option for her. Oopsie Dazie has two different types of clips- gator clips for babies 0-2 and then spring clips for the older kids. I chose to get the gator clips because Kate has such fine hair. From there I got to pick out the ribbon for the clip, which was not an easy decision given their wide assortment to choose from. When you pick the ribbon, you leave it in Oopsie Dazie's hand to decide on the embellishment. You won’t know what the finished product will look like until you get it in the mail which I found exciting. Placing an order is quick and easy and the customer service is fantastic. I emailed a question and within a day I recieved a reply.
When my clips arrived in the mail they were beautiful and very well made. Everytime I put a clip in my daughter’s hair it totally transforms her. She looks like a girlie girl. I love it! These clips also pass the toddler test. Somehow they manage to stay in her hair all day unless she decides otherwise (which surprisingly isn't very often). In the morning when she gets dressed she always reminds me to put one in her hair by grabbing one and putting it on her head. Precious. Also, if you are worried about losing the clips Oopsie Dazie now has a Clip Caddie (which I totally want) to hold them which is great if you travel. So if you want to transform your mullet wearing daughter into a girlie girl without spending a lot of money you should check these out.
Gotta have them? Oopsie Dazie $2 per gator clip, $3 per spring clip

I love the headbands! My daughter is 8 but her hair is very fine and most things won't stay put. Those headbands look like they will stay in place and not hurt.
